Everything But the AVO Pinto Bean dip

  • 2 T Everything But the AVO Guacamole Seasoning
  • 2 15.5-oz cans of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup olive oil

  1. Place Everything But the AVO and pinto beans into the bowl of a blender or food processor. Process on highest setting until smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping to occasionally to scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula. (This makes for a smoother bean dip.)
  2. Run blender or food processor on low setting and slowly drizzle olive oil into bean dip. Keep running until dip is creamy and light tan in color, about 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer pinto bean dip to a serving bowl and serve with carrots, radishes, cucumbers, and/or your favorite chips.
