Fuego Chile Lime Shrimp

  • ½ T Fuego Chile Lime Seasoning
  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
  • ½ T oil
  • 2 T unsalted butter

  1. Mix Fuego Chile Lime and shrimp in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium high until oil is hot but not smoking, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp to pan and cook until pink on one side, about three minutes. Flip shrimp over and cook until shrimp is firm and pink on both sides, about another 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat add butter to pan. Mix shrimp in butter until the butter is melted and shrimp is glossy, about one minute.
